Article 15: Intellectual property

The Client guarantees that the performance of the service will not constitute a violation of the rights of a third party. The Client declares that it has the rights and licenses for the images, logos, designs, etc. that will be used to perform the service.

Article 16: referencing

The Client accepts that IMPULSION INTERNATIONALE may include among its references the services performed within the framework of this service.
